Velvet Raptor is a small company owned by a fierce pair of women who value sustainability and heirloom quality. I was lucky enough to get to work with them in styling this moody bridal session In the Tetons. When I saw their pieces I was in awe, they are something so unique and beautiful to add to your wedding day and pass down through generations to come.
The owners Lindsay Ulness + Sarah Hrudka Behlke put their heart and souls into their work and it shows effortlessly through their custom work.
On top of Velvet Raptor they are owners and founders of custom bridal design house linyage.
Here’s what they have to say: “We truly value sustainability and heirloom quality. Each and every piece is hand de-bossed upon order in our Midwest artisan studio by yours truly, on a 100 year old machine customized to our needs.”
At Velvet Raptor they use paper that is sturdy, rich to the touch, and made with recycled materials plus milled with wind power.
Lindsay and Sarah specialize in custom work, creating luxe velvet albums, stationary and other milestone markers. As well as invitations, menus, stickers and anything you can dream up!
They have everything from table numbers to gorgeous guest name tags, to velvet mountain journals and custom vow books (my favorite).
Velvet is such a timeless look, it offers elegance and richness that other mediums just don’t show. Treat yourselves to a gorgeous velvet custom wedding album made to stand the tests of time.
The women behind Velvet Raptor are such a treat to follow on both of their social media accounts, and you can see the passion and drive that they put into everything, it is inspiring and life motivating. Check them out here:
